Brief Introduction：
PL2000IV is the latest generation of high speed automatic unscrambler in China market, which is consists of bottle lifting, bottle arranging device and unscrambling mainframe. Comparing to the traditional unscrambler the newest equipment is available to all kinds of shapes such as round, square, flat, oval bottles etc., and various sizes of plastic bottle than before. It has the function of inverted & reverse bottle self-checking device to ensure all bottles can be sent orderly & smoothly to next procedure 100% without any damage & blocking. It is easy and convenient to clean and change the models between different specifications by manual adjustment.
The equipment surface is made of stainless steel and non-metallic materials with food grade. Both of the material are non-toxic and have stable chemical features. 3 levels authority managements. Electrostatic cleaning system can be optioned according to customer’s actual need to cleaning the bottles. Data network interface can be optioned for data save and management to connect with customer’s ERP, MES, SADCA system realizing the remote monitoring and management, and finally make it come true to track the whole production procedure following the requirement of FDA, 21CFRPART 11.
