The non-contact electromagnetic induction sealing technology with composite material bring high effective output power rate.
The specially induction board is fully shielded, cool down by internal water circulating very fast, both of these help to shorten the bonding time but special induction board, full shielded, and internal recycle water cooling are adopted to shortening the sealing time but with high firmness. Intelligent power rate control system can automatically make up and adjust the output power rate during the operation. The equipment has over-current protection system for overvoltage and low-voltage protection, and has the detection system to check and reject the bottles without aluminum foil, detection sensor is available to monitor bottle lacking and jamming, which ensure all operation system running smoothly; machine will stop when bottle lacking or jamming happened and restart after recovery. Easy to change the bottle specification and clean without dead angel, network interface is an option for data save and management.
