Brief Introduction：
This machine is applicable to various square shape bottles labeling sticks. Special high-speed labelling device plus intelligent length discharge control unit ensuring the labelling process is stable and reliable, guarantees the label pasted on the bottles smoothly along with clearly printing of production date, batch No (Lot. No) and expiry date at the same time (thermal printer, all printing are in3 rows)
The machine adopts the human-machine interface (HMI) control panel (touch screen), and the control system adopts programmable controller (PLC), simple structure and multi-channel control system prevent the label waste effectively. It also has the automatic alarm, continuous counting and automatic detection function of printing tape broken, missing code printing, labels missing sticking. Equipment is fully compliance with GMP requirements.
