Brief Introduction：

  DFJ-3000II automatic checkweigher is an on-line weight check equipment with high precision. Internationally advanced precision weight sensor and high-speed data collection processor are used in the machine to make sure the object can be weighed out quickly and accurately. Qualified object will be delivered through convey belt to next working station, unqualified object will be rejected by the rejection inspection sensor.  The whole checkweigher system is consisted of two machines empty bottle position and full bottle position, the final weighing result is the net weight of medicine after deducting the bottle weight.  Sorting the weight range including its related parameters can be set by setting the upper /lower limitation and automatically completed by machine itself.  Photoelectric detection sensor of bottle lacking & blocking are equipment to control the smooth operation, machine will shut down when the bottle lack or block on the convey belt and restart automatically after arranging the bottles.  User can select the system of 21CFRPart11 as an option for electronic signature recording and data export printing. Simple design brings easy operation, cleaning and changing the models between different specifications.

   The equipment surface is made of stainless steel and non-metallic materials with food grade. Both of the material are non-toxic and have stable chemical features. 3-class authority management. High accuracy, high commonality and low cost structure are the 3 most superiorities.
