• The isolated packing line avoid the potential impact caused by API material to operators, powder materials (including API) emitted by tablets during bottling can be isolate and controlled from exposure, OEL (OEB-3 and above) value can be effectively controlled complying with EHS requirements

• The whole line adopts negative pressure isolation system without buffer cabin, the negative pressure isolator adopts full exhaust mode. The exhausted air of the isolator is filtered through H13 push-push filter and sent outdoor

• Machine uses imported long sleeve sterile gloves  

• Negative pressure system realizes frequency conversion automatic control, machine will alarm once pressure value over and door opened

• Material storage bin is connected with counting machine through isolation valve, medicine is fed through the tube reserved at the top

• The required packing and auxiliary material are continuously in-feed through the mouse-hole on the isolator. After bottling, bottles are out-feed continuously through the mouse-hole 

• The rest materials and waste materials are put into the bags through the continuous bag discharging device on the isolator side. Other tools also pass through the continuous bagging device.

Quality risk control：

• Negative pressure system realizes frequency conversion automatic control, machine will alarm once pressure value over and door opened

• differential pressure gauge monitors the pressure inside the isolator compartment to ensure the negative pressure.

• When isolator negative pressure is deviated (lower than set value), the data signal of the differential pressure sensor is automatically passed to PLC to increase the frequency of frequency converter and the exhaust air volume

• When glove broken caused the isolator negative pressure is deviated (lower than set value) the data signal of the differential pressure sensor is automatically passed to PLC to increase the frequency of frequency converter and the exhaust air volume

• equipment can display real-time running time, product name, batch number, operator, equipment running parameters, can automatically count the output of qualified and unqualified products and a series of running data, data can be stored, uploaded, or external printer printing.
