Brief Introduction:
This machine can cut and insert the cotton strip into the bottle accurately and quickly replacing the traditional manual operation. Programmable logistic controller (PLC) is used to control the system and accomplish the variable-frequency speed control.
The machine is equipped with inspection sensor for paper & bottle shortage or breaking, and bottle jamming to guarantee the smooth operation effectively. The design conforms to GMP requirements.
