Brief introduction
The machine is used for cylinder desiccant inserting into both bottle and jar through its' automatic control system of feeding and split system to ensure the accurate inserting. Desiccant inspection sensor is installed to check the bottle, which can effectively distinguish whether the desiccant enters the bottle or not, and rejected the bottle without desiccant. A stable feeding device to ensure the feeding process will not cause damage to the desiccant. Inspection sensor for material shortage, bottle shortage and bottle jamming is available to control the smooth operation of the whole system.
Machine stops automatically for bottle lacking or jamming, and runs automatically after arrangement.
The surface material is nonmetal, food grade, non-toxic and steady upon its chemical features, the structure is simple and easy for disassembling, changing to different size & cleaning without dead angle. The design complies with GMP requirements. 21CFRPart11 system can be added as option for electronic signature record of the equipment and data export printing.
