Brief Introduction:
The equipment has newly developed high precision locating system, which can accurately set the paper length by electronic pulse, paper will be reversed & inserted into bottle automatically to avoid the paper edge comes out from bottle and affect the screw capping and sealing. Programmable logistic controller (PLC) is used to control the system and accomplish the variable-frequency speed control.
The machine is equipped with inspection sensor for paper & bottle shortage or breaking, and bottle jamming to guarantee the smooth operation effectively. The design conforms to GMP requirements.Technical Parameter:：
