Breif introduction:
This product is developed independently to seal the bottles by cap pressing in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries at home and abroad. It is a new research and innovation of Hengyi after absorbing and combining the advance design ideas and technology of the similar product from local and international market. Programmable logistic controller (PLC) is used to control the system and accomplish the variable-frequency speed control.
The whole procedure system consists of cap arranging, cap lifting, bottles infeed, cap pressing, which is successfully applicable to all various sizes of cap pressing. Touch screen is used to operate the equipment (HMI) brings simple operation and easy maintenance.
