Product introduction:
The rotating structure integrates the cap arrangement, bottle infeed, cap screwing and bottle outfeed into one machine，which can locate the cap accurately for each bottle. The multi-head structure is researched by Hengyi ourselves, each gripping device can automatically grip the cap sent by unscrambler, the head will stop rotating when the torque force reaches a certain value without any damage to bottle and cap during the production. The machine is applicable to various specifications of plastic caps with high speed and high efficiency, and It can be matched with all kinds of bottling line.
