Brief Introduction：
This machine is applicable to various cylinder-shaped bottles labeling sticks, labels could be pasted with high precision by a special labeling output system to reduce labeling deviation during motion to guarantee the high precision. . High sensitive labeling sensor and intelligent system are used to adjust length of label automatically when bottle size replaced. The machine is equipped with thermal transfer to make letters printed (manufacture date, batch number, expiry date) in three lines possible with the function of counting labels and warning of labels in low quantity, with a sensor to detect and reject the bottle without label or with incorrect printing. Multiple detecting systems effectively keep overall system running under control. The machine would stop automatically if there were lacking or jammed bottles, and would go on running until recovery
Machine body in stainless steel accompanied by some necessary parts in a food-grade non-metallic material with non-poisonous attribute together with stable chemical properties are easy to clean and no dead corner. Besides, the machine is characterized by features as 3 level role based security system, safety running, operating easily, replacing bottle size simply as long as a proper adjustment to be made. Detecting systems in terms of Letters sharpness, bar code, two-dimension code, labeling confirmation, etc. are optional functions. Data network interface would also be optional to manage data-storage and data-reading.
