Brief introduction:
This machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industry, and it is consisted of cap lifting, arranging, screwing, feeding and rejecting structures, when all the filled bottles flow to capping station caps will be placed automatically on the bottle, and clamp unit grip the bottles feeding to cap screwing station for tightening. Special material is used in the clamp belt and friction wheels to guarantee its durability and avoid the surface damage on the bottle and cap.
In order to assure the qualified yield rate inspection sensor is equipped to detect the inclined or slanting caps after screwing, and unqualified bottles will be rejected automatically, new & more advanced full motor transmission is adopted to reduce the noise, machine also has the inspection sensor for bottle lacking & blocking detecting, machine will stop when bottle lacks or blocks on the convey belt and restart when bottle are arranged. The inspection sensor is much helpful to ensure whole system running smoothly.
